SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF THE WATCH LAKE – GREEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
Notice:
Take notice that a special resolution to amend the bylaws of the Society (the “Bylaws”) will be moved at the Annual General Meeting of the Society to be held on March 4, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. at The Watch Lake – Green Lake Community Hall, 6453 Little Green Lake Road.
Resolution:
"RESOLVED as a special resolution that the Bylaws of the Society be amended by deleting the current bylaws and replacing them with the attached new version to be effective upon registration”.
